| 2nd April 2007 - My parents got me my own car, a Push around buggy. Its clearly my favorite toy. I sit in the buggy and pretend its a real car. I have learnt to start the car using the click-start ignition key. I also turn the steering wheel like there is no tomorrow. Last but not the least, I love to honk the horn. The car also comes with a seat belt which I have not used as of now. There is a big blue handle that can be attached to the back of the car. My parents push me around in that once in a while. The front of the car also has a storage compartment where I put some of my toys. I love this car......Honk Honk!!! |

| March 26th, 2006 - My parents finally ordered a gift from one of the gift cards I got for my birthday. Since we went off to Des Moines right after my birthday, we could not order it then. My mother's friend Zainab gave us the gift card. Its an activity table with lots of things for me to do. There is a roller with plastic balls in it that I like, there is a ring that I can turn and it makes a sound, there is small block related thing and a few things that make noise. Its one of the things that I play with on my daily rounds with my toy collection. |

| 25th Mar 2006 - Today is the Konkani Association of Southern California's (KSAC) Ugadi function. Ugadi marks the beginning of the Hindu new Year. We went to the Arcadia Community Center for the function. Since it was a traditional function, my parents dressed me up in some traditional Indian clothes. I looked handsome. It was a good function, there were lots of small events including a KASC version of Deal or No Deal. My mother was on of the models in the event. We had some nice Indian food and sweets after the fun and games and returned home. My parents were also elected to the committee as the webmasters. |

| March 24, 2007 - Today I spent the day with my father's friends son Victor. Victor lives in Denver and was visiting Los Angeles for the weekend. Victor is almost two years old. We first went to Hollywood to see the hand-prints outside the Chinese Theater. That was fun. We then went into the Kodak Theatre to see the inside. It was pretty cool, see my other blog post from today for details. I did a poopee in the Kodak Theatre, now how many people can say that. |
After the Kodak Theatre, we went to the Hollywood and Highland Mall to see the Hollywood Sign which is visible from one end of the mall. We had some lunch at a Japanese Restaurant before we headed to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Both Victor and I did not trouble our parents and we had a good time. In the evening, we had dinner at Tony P's in Marina Del Rey. I tasted some of the pasta. The portions were really huge. It was fun. I hope to meet him again but hopefully it will be in Denver.

| March 17, 2007 - As you know I had my hair cut last month before I went to Des Moines. I lost all my locks and curls and looked more like a boy then. Well, its been over a month and my hair has grown again and my parents decided to trim it even more this time because winter is over and summer-time is coming up. I went to Kids Kut again this time and I got Yasmin again to cut my hair. I had a fun time sitting on the car shaped barber seats. I sat there quietly while she cut my hair and after it was all said and done, she gave me a balloon to take with me. |
Any comments on how I look?

| March 10, 2007 - Today my uncle and aunt took us to a local restaurant for brunch. The name of the restaurant was Machine Shed. It was a nice big restaurant and had a far theme to it. There were tractors outside and the inside of the restaurant was also designed in a similar manner. They had some really wonderful fresh breakfast. I got to eat some mashed potatoes, french toast and orange juice. Tomorrow we will be heading back to LA. I had a great trip. |

| March 9, 2007 - Today is a special day, as we decided to go to Minneapolis Minnesota to visit the biggest Mall in America, called the Mall of America. My uncle rented a mini-van so that Ayush Anna and I could sit comfortably in the car seats. It was a three hour drive to the mall. The weather was a little terrible when we started but cleared up nicely as we reached Minneapolis. Before going to the mall, we stopped at a local restaurant called Big Bowl for lunch. My parents, aunt and uncle love the food at that place. I got to eat some Thai food and I liked it too. |
Once we were at the mall, we spent a few hours walking around the mall doing some shopping etc. Its just like any other mall except that its a lot bigger and has all the stores you would have seen and more. There is even an amuzement park in the center of the mall. We shopped a bit and eventually my parents got tired walking in the mall. We had crepes for the evening snack and headed back home. Both Ayush Anna and I behaved very well during the entire trip.

| March 8, 2007 - Its been a fun couple of weeks for me here in Des Moines. Its the first time that I have spent a few days with another baby and I think I have grown up by the experience. I got to play with a lot of his toys and I had loved the car the most and the golf clubs the next. My cousin Ayush loves to play with his plastic golf clubs and he plays all day. His golf swing is pretty good actually. We will heading back to LA over the weekend and I will miss having someone to play with. |

| March 6, 2007 - My cousin Ayush has a lot of toys to play with and I am having a great time playing with those toys but I seem to be fascinated by his car. Everytime I sit in the car, I get all excited and start turning the steering wheel like I am possessed by some race driver's spirit. I love turning the key and the wheel on the car and drool once in a while. My dad said he will buy me a car too once we return to LA. Who knew I would love cars this much. I guess that is a sign that boys are wired differnetly from girls. I cannot wait to get back and have my own car. My mother a car this year and soon I will have mine too. |

| March 4, 2007 - Today is the official birthday bash of my cousin Ayush. My aunt had booked this place called Jumpin Jacks which has a bunch of inflatable rides for small kids to play. There were about 10 other kids that were invited to the party. We started the party by playing on the rides. Since I still don't walk, I found it difficult to go on all the rides. My parents held me and made me slide down some of the rides. I was not scared one bit and I really had a good time. After playing for sometime, we all went to the party room to cut the cake and have some fun there. This was the first time I have been on such rides and I really had a great time. |
After the party, we went to Tandoor for a late lunch. I slept on the car ride over to the restaurant but once we got there, the smell of the food must have woken me up. I had a bit of Mango Lassi too.

| March 3, 2007 - Today is my cousin Ayush's birthday. He turns two years old today. This means one thing, we get to cut and eat cake. My aunt had decorated the house with ballons for him. He likes Elmo so we had some Elmo ballons too. I had a good time playing with the baloons. The other thing that happened to today was the arrival of my father from Los Angeles. I had come to Des Moines earlier and when he arrived, I seem to have forgotten him and got all shy. It took me a few minutes to get back in the groove again. |
In the evening, we cut an ice-cream cake from Cold Stone Creamery. It was a nice cake. I got to taste just a little bit. The big party is tomorrow and I am all excited.
